In Thailand the name of a camp made often references in the name of the owner who created him. But Thai, to embellish the name of the camp, add practically always a word in the name of the owner or in the name of the chosen camp. This word has a meaning specify in the language thai...

For example, the word "Rat" at the end of the name of the camp means " the valuable knowledge " as the camp Dejrat or the Noparat camp.

"Sri" at the beginning or in the name of the camp means " the majesty, the glory " as the camp Sor Srisompong (owner Sompong, glorious Sompong) or the K.Romsritong camp (Owner Srikung nickname Romsritong, Romsritong wants to say majestic golden umbrella).
