How old are you?

I am 21 years old

You come of what region of the Thailand?

I was born to Lopburi, in the centre of the Thailand, it’s a very known city because there is many monkey which stroll in the city…

Have you brothers and sisters?

I have a sister

You began the boxing at which age?

In 8 years

How did you discover the boxing?

I often looked at the fights at the TV and I liked very much this sport…

You began Muay Thai in which camp?

I began in a small camp to Lopburi who was called Sorburapa but he closed now…

You have make a lot of fight for this camp?

I have make 100 fights for this camp…

You always stayed in this camp?

No in 17 years I went to Lookprabat Gym to Saraburi where I’m now…

You live in the camp?

Yes I have a room which I share with the other boxers…

At what age you have make your first fight?

In 9 years, I lost my fight in points, I gained 100 bahts…

In what category you fight?

Before in 108 lbs then in 118 lbs and today in 126 lbs

What are the titles which you gained?

I gained two belts of Thailand, the belt of Thailand in 112 lbs against Kunponkeaw in 2009 and the belt of Thailand in 118 lbs against Tongchai Sitkongsak, in 2011!

Both belts you won them at the stadium of Lumpinee?

Yes both belts of Thailand I gained them in Lumpinee!

You have make how much fight in the big stadiums of Bangkok?

In Lumpinee I made 30 fights and in the stadium of Radja a little less, about twenty fights…

How much have you make of fights during your career?

200 fights, 150 victories, 2 draws and 48 defeats

You gained many fights by KO?

Not a lot, just 10 victories by KO…

You have which style of boxing?

I’m Fimeuu (Technician)…

What was your hardest fight?

Against Nongbeer Chokngarmwong in Lumpinee, in 2012, I lost against him, he opened me the eyelid with a poke, the blood poured into my eyes during the fight, I saw nothing more, I ended at the hospital with several stitches…

Your best memory of boxing?

When I defended my belt of Thailand in 118 lbs against Tapaotong Eminentair, in 2012, because I won by KO at the fourth round!

What are the known Thai boxers whom you faced?

Nongbeer (Defeat), Nungthep (Victory), Tongchai (Victory), Kangkenlek (1 Victory, 1 Defeat), Ritidej (Defeat), Tapaotong (Victory by KO), Manasak (Defeat), Rungphet Sangprapai (Victory by KB), Rungphet Rungriran (Defeat by KO), Panomrunglek (Defeat), Phetpanomrung (1 Victory, 2 Defeats)…

You have already fought abroad?

Not never

You would like to go to fight for example in France?

Yes a lot!

You know French boxers?

I don’t know too much the foreign boxers but I know that the French fighters are very hardly!

What is according to you the nakmuay thai best foreigner?

Today I don’t know but in the time it was Ramon Dekkers because I often saw him fighting in the TV and with my father we liked his fighter’s style!

And the best Thai fighter, today?

I think that it’s Seanchai!

What technique you most like making in fight?

High Kick, I like!

What is your purse today?

50 000 Baths

You make a good living with the boxing?

I bought a house to Lopburi and I have a car…

After the boxing which would like you to make?

I would like to become military to Lopburi…

Ponsawan is an excellent technician who beat some great champions such as Nungthep Eminentair, Tapaotong Eminentair, Tongchai Sitkongsak, Phetpanomrung Kiatmuu9 and especially formidable Rungphet Wor Sangprapai that he put KO!

Ponsawan was one of the spearheads of the famous camp Lookprabat but in 2014, he a little put his career in “stand-by”…
