MUANGTHAÏ THE KING SOK

Muangthaï (The Thai Country) of his real name Thanousin Jaroendee was born on March 27th, 1994. He grew up in the village of Bantatpatana near the city of Nong Kee in the region of Buriram in the Northeast of the Thailand. This city produced legends of Muay Thai thanks to the camp of Master’s Pramote Haymook which formed the brothers Namkanbuan Nongkee Pahuyuth (Lumpinee Champion in 130 lbs, World champion WMC in 130 lbs) and Nampon Nongkee Pahuyuth (Lumpinee Champion in 112 lbs and 126 lbs), Hansuk Prasathinpanomrung (Lumpinee Champion in 126 lbs) and Therdkiat Sit Tepitak (Lumpinee Champion in 126 lbs)!

Muangthaï began his formation in a small camp of the region of Buriram, the Sor Boonyiam Gym held by the former military Boonyiam Pornseet who formed the young boy Muangthaï.

MUANGTHAI IS BORN TO FIGHT

At only 17 years old, he won the Lumpinee belt in 108 lbs, on March 9, 2012, beating Kongburee Wor Sangprapaï under the name Muangthaï Sor Boonyiam.

Two years later, on 1 June 2014, he won the Stadium Belt TV7 in 130 lbs by defeating Chalamthong Yodaswintransport.

Then, in 2015, he joined the famous camp PK Saenchai Gym in Bangkok where he still trains today.

This young phenomenon of 22 years became one of the most highly-rated boxers. With a purse of 100 000-baht, he’s a member of “Yod” of moment. Muangthai is at present classified N° 2 in the stadium of Lumpinee and in the stadium of Radja in the category 135 lbs. His promoter is the famous Chun Kietpetch, promoter N° 1 of the stadium of Lumpinee.

Muangthai was elected “Best fighter of the year” on 2014 by The Sport Authority of Thailand an institution as prestigious than “The Sport Writers Association of Thailand which gave the trophy to the exceptionally wonder boy Phanpayak for year 2013, on 2014 and 2015. So, Muangthai was elected “Best fighter of year 2016” in the stadium of Lumpinee!

Muangthai is a technician who possesses techniques of pokes extremely dangerous, he controls this technique marvelously. He’s nicknamed by the fans of Muay Thai, “Sok Saylay Mangkorn” (The left poke of the Dragon) but he could be also called “THE KING SOK” (The King of poke).

WHETHER IT’S IN THE STADIUM TV7 OR IN THE STADIUM OF LUMPINEE, THE POKES OF MUANGTHAI ALWAYS GO ON THE RAMPAGE

Indeed, Muangthai knocked out many opponents with his elbows, the list of champions that Muangthai beat by KO is impressive, he beat by knockout champions Jingreedtong Por Worasing, Kengkla Sor Chokitchai, Grandprixnoi Phithakpabhadang, Tsunami Jor Chaiwat, Pokaew Fonjangchonburi, Tuanpae Thebest-Udon, Panphet Kiatjaroenchai, Phet-Utong Or Kwanmuang, Thaksinlek Kiatniwat, Saen Parunchai, Phetpanomrung Mor Rattanabundit, Kaimukkao Por Thairungruangkamai. Muangthai also beat at the points the great champions Chalomtong Yodaswintransport, Kongburee Wor Sangprapaï, Monkaw Chor Janmanee, Penaik Sitnumnoi, Thanonchai Thanakorn, Sangmanee Sor Tienpo, Yodlekphet Or Pitisak !

The strengths of Muangthai’s fighting over the last five years:

In 2012

On 9 March, in the stadium of the Lumpinee, he beats Kongburee Wor Sangprapai and becomes Lumpinee champion in 108 lbs

On April 20, at the Lumpinee stadium, on a series of poke he puts KO Jingreedtong Por Worasing in the third round

In May, he beats the great champion Kengkla Sor Chokitchai (Lumpinee Champion, TV7 champion). In the second round, on a seizure of leg, Muangthai responds with a lightning right poke which puts KO Kengkla

In October, in the stadium of the Lumpinee, he confronts the young star Superlek Kiatmuu9 for the Lumpinee belt in 115 lbs, Muangthai is defeated by points in front of the technician Superlek

En 2013

In May, in the 126 lbs category, at the TV7 stadium, he beats by KO Chaylek Kwaytonggym

MUANGTHAI AGAINST CHAYLEK

On 5 August, at the radja stadium, he lost to Thanonchai Thor Siangtiannoi after a match of madness

On August 30, at the radja stadium, in main event, he beat Monkaw Chor Janmanee

On November 10, at the TV7 stadium, he puts KO Tsunami Jor Chaiwat with a left poke

MUANGTHAI AGAINST TSUNAMI

In 2014

In May, in the stadium of Lumpinee, after a terrible battle of poke between both boxers, Muangthai executes robust Grandprixnoi Phithakpabhadang with a right poke going back to the third round

On June 1st, in the stadium TV7, Muangthai beats Chalamthong Yodaswintransport in points and becomes the new champion TV7 in 130 lbs

MUANGTHAI AGAINST CHALAMTHONG

On August 5th, in the stadium of Lumpinee, in main event, it’s the fight shock between the young boy Muangthai and the 33-year-old backpacker, the champion Pokaew Fonjangchonburi (Lumpine Champion in 2006, Radja champion, Omnoi Champion), Pokaew beats Muangthai in points

On August 29th, it’s the match revenge in the stadium of Lumpinee, the young boy Muangthai brings down Pokaew in the second round with a terrible poke going back to the chin, Pokaew puts KO is evacuated by the boxing ring in stretcher

MUANGTHAI AGAINST POKAEW

On September 30, at the stadium of the Lumpinee, in main event, Muangthai confronts Yokvitaya Phetsimuu for a rematch. Yokvitaya beat Muangthai in June for their first meeting. For this fight at the Lumpinee a Dumpan of 2 million baht is put in game. Muangthai beats Yokvitaya to the points and his team wins the jackpot

MUANGTHAI AGAINST YOKVITAYA

On 9 December, at the Lumpinee Stadium, he beat star Penaik Sitnumnoi (Lumpinee Champion, TV7 Champion, Omnoi Champion, Thailand Champion, WPMF World Champion, “Best Boxers of the Year” in 2011)

In 2015

On 8 January, at the radja stadium, in main event, he lost by points against the phenomenal Superbank Sakchaichote

On the 17th of March, in the main event to stadium of Lumpinee, he beats Panphet Kiatjaroenchai (Thailand Champion), in the fourth round, out of clinch, Muangthai places a magnificent back up poke (Tatmala) striking the chin of Panphet and put him KO

MUANGTHAI AGAINST PANPHET

On May 1st, in the South, to Koh Samui, he loses in points against the bull Seksun Or Kwanmuang (Champion TV7, Champion Muay Thai Warriors)

On May 10th, Muangthai is going to fight for the first time abroad, in Japan, he faces the Japanese champion Genji Umeno who is a world champion WBC titular. Muangthai is stopped in the fourth round because of a wound important for the face

On July 2nd, in the stadium of Radja, in main event, he takes his revenge by beating robust Thanonchai Thor Sangtiannoi (Best boxer of year 2015 by the magazine Siam Kilaa)

On September 4th, in the stadium of Lumpinee, in main event, he loses in points against the wonder boy Sangmanee Sor Tienpo

On October 14th, in the stadium of Radja, he beats by KO in the fourth round Phet-Utong Or Kwanmuang. During a clinch, Muangthai releases his right hand and places a terrible poke in the chin of Phet-Utong Or Kwanmuang which will be evacuated by the boxing ring in stretcher

On December 23rd, in the stadium of Radja, he beats by KO in the third round Thaksinlek Kiatniwat

En 2016

On January 23rd, to Koh Samui, in the South, he takes his revenge by beating in points the star Sangmanee Sor Tienpo (Lumpinee Champion, Radja champion, World champion S1, Best boxer of year 2012)

MUANGTHAI AGAINST SANGMANEE

On March 28th, to Thung Song, in the South of the Thailand, in the fief of the champion Saen Parunchaï, after a relentless match, in the fourth round, Muangthai takes out a left poke which puts KO Saen Parunchaï (Lumpinee champion) who will for a long time put to get back of this lightning poke

MUANGTHAI AGAINST SAEN

On June 9th, in the stadium of Radja, in main event, Muangthai is put KO by Sangmanee Sor Tienpo

On July 21st, in the stadium of Radja, Muangthai beats once again by KO in the third round Thaksinlek Kiatniwat. Thanks a vicious left poke which electrocutes Thaksinlek for more account

On September 2nd, in the stadium of Lumpinee, he beats in points the terrible puncher Yodlekphet Or Pitisak (Radja Champion)

MUANGTHAI AGAINST YODLEKPHET

On September 30th, at the Lumpinee Stadium, in main event, he beat by KO in the second round the great champion Phetpanomrung Mor Rattanabundit (Thailand Champion, WMC World Champion) with a magnificent Tatmala direct (Poke back up)

MUANGTHAI AGAINST PHETPANOMRUNG

On November 14th, in the stadium of Radja, Muangthai faces the champion Kaimukkao Por Thairungruangkamai (Radja Champion, world champion WBC). In the second round, he goes down Kaimukkao with a left poke, Kaimukkao is counted and saved by the bell. But in the third round, Muangthai puts KO definitively Kaimukkao with the same technique

On December 9th, in the stadium of Lumpinee, in main event, he faces Yodpanumrung Jitmuangnont (TV7 champion) for the belt of Thailand in 135 lbs, Muangthai loses by points
