THE CAMP CHOR KOW YOO HA ISUZU

This camp is situated in the district of Minburi, in the northeast of Bangkok. Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu is downright in the complex Isuzu Service Center, in the Rom Klao Road. The owner of the camp is one of the directors of the famous company of car of the brand Isuzu, Mr. Chanchalad Thongdee who is the manager of the camp. The Isuzu firm is one of the biggest companies of Thailand which possesses branches almost everywhere in the country!

Mr. Thongdee is a rich man, he thus built a magnificent camp with a beautiful infrastructure. The immense structure of the camp is behind the parking trucks of the Company Isuzu dealer. The camp is practically any new because it opened only three years ago, in 2011. His surface is gigantic and he’s completely covered by a dome in sheet steel!

BOXERS CHOR KOW YOO HA ISUZU HAVE SPACE TO TRAIN WITHOUT TO PUSH!

The training in this camp is very rigorous, the boxers are supervised to the everyday by four trainers. And these trainers don’t make fun, the fighters have to follow carefully the instructions of training registered on a board, a board posted in the center of the camp…

THE BOARD OF 12 COMMANDS TO PERFORM IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON, EVERYDAY!

At the beginning of the session at 5 am

1. 15 kilometers jogging (Wing 15 Kilometeur)

2. 1000 knocks of knees in the punch bag (Tii Krasop 1000 Krang)

3. 5 round in the punch bag with kicks (Teh Krasop 5 Yok)

4. 5 in 7 round in Paos with kicks (Teh Krasop pao 5-7 Yok)

5. Strike twice (Middle) in Pao 200 times (Bern pao 200 Krang)

6. Strike in front kick (Tip) 200 times (Tip Krasop 200 Krang)

7. Clinch from 40 till 50 minutes (Pam 40-20 Natii)

Muscle development exercise (Kai Borihaan)

1. 3 round to climb on the rope (Piin Cheuk 3 Yok)

2. 500 series of abdominal muscles (Len Klaam Tong 500 Krang)

3. Pull-up in the bar 100 times (Haun Bar 100 Krang)

4. Seize with the mouth and lift barbell 100 times (Kaap Luuk Puun 100 Krang)

6. Lift a barbell 100 times (Yok Luuk Lek 100 Krang)

1. 10 kilometers jogging (Wing 10 Kilometeur)

About twenty boxers train permanently for the Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu. One of the best of the camp is the champion Tingtong Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu (Thailand Champion in 118 lbs) but there are also good fighters for Yodkhunpon Sit Kaew Prayun who gained a belt of Lumpinee, Thepnarin Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu, Dieselek Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu, Chuangphichit Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu, Ninsiam Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu and Yoksaksurya Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu!

This camp is also the back base of the famous camp of the South in the region of Trang, the Sakniranrat, more known under the name of Sitjaaboon Gym whose owner is Mr Thawee Niranrat nicknamed Susak. A camp which formed great champions such as Hansuk Wor Suntharanon (Lumpinee Champion in 115 lbs, TV7 champion in 115 lbs and in 118 lbs), Panpetch Chor Naa Phattalung (Thailand Champion in 130 lbs) and the star Detnarong Sitjaaboon (Radja Champion in 115 lbs, Thailand Champion in 118 lbs and Lumpinee Champion in 115 lbs and 122 lbs)!

When the boxers of the Sitjaaboon, which is 830 km from the capital, have to fight in the stadiums of Bangkok, they are going to get ready a few days before their fight for the Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu. The current pearl of Sitjaaboon, the young boy Chaisiri Sakniranrat gets ready for the Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu for his matches in the stadiums of Lumpinee and Radja. Chaisiri has already taken the belt of Lumpinee in 108 lbs in 18 years and he has just won, in June, 2014, in 19 years, the belt of Radja in 115 lbs against the formidable Trakunpet Sor Sommai (Radja Champion in 112 lbs)!

Certain boxers of the Sakniranrat are even now constantly in the camp as the promising young people Weerachat, Rungniranrat and Kimsong who were formed to the camp Sakniranrat, they fight from now on under the name of Weerachat Chor Kow Yoo Isuzu, Rungniranrat Chor Kow Yoo Isuzu and Kimsong Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu!

So, champions of the other camps regularly come to train for the Chor Kow Yoo Isuzu. The most renowned are Superbank Sakchaichote and the young Lamnamoonlek Sakchaichote. Both champions belong almost every day to the Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu because their camp Sakchaichote Gym is in the same district. And at the moment, Sakchaichote Gym (Best camp of the year in 2010) is in full renovation…

Very few foreigners trained for the Chor Kow Yoo Ha Isuzu because the manager of the camp is a little bit reluctant to them. Indeed, it’s necessary to possess a good level to be able to be accepted in this closed camp, reserved rather to the professional fighter…

The French champion Karl Dubus is one of the rare to have trained there because he came with the boxers of the Sitjaaboon. Dubus is a real adventurer of the boxing rings who often fights in Thailand since a few years. He tested several camps through the country but here is now near one year which he put your suitcase in the camp of the South, the Sakniranrat (Sitjaaboon). Karl Dubus even gained for the camp champion’s belt of the stadium of Phuket. Adopted by the camp, he fights from now on under the name of Karl Sakniranrat. It’s a real performance for a foreigner to train so for a long time in this camp which is one of the most rudimentary and of the hardest of the country!
