The camp Petchsaman opened his doors since one and a half year, he’s in suburb of Pattaya in the district of Park Village (Before the camp was in the district of Na Klua, north of Pattaya), it’s a quiet district where there are many of the small restaurants Halal and some mosques.
THE PETCHSAMAN GYM INCLUDES A LARGE RING, A DOZEN OF PUNCH BAG AND ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO THE PRACTICE OF MUAY THAI!
The owner of the camp is the great belgian champion Youssef Boughanem, Youssef named his camp Petchsaman which means literally in Thai ” The diamond in family ” because it’s the name which qualifies the ideology of his team, ” A big Family of Muay “!
Youssef Boughanem is a real phenomenon of boxing rings, this fighter has Muay Thai in the blood, he fights as Thai, his control of Muay Thai is completed and the big challenges don’t frighten him. Since he’s installed in Thailand, he does not hesitate to face, at their home, the best thai fighters of moment!
Arrived at the age of 17 in Thailand, in 2007, the young Boughanem « be hungry » of fight, he wants to prove his value by meeting Thai champions. For that, he begins by training hard in the best camps of the country such as Jocky Gym, Sor Weetapun, Muangsima Gym and Kietpetch Gym. It’s in the famous camp of the promoter Chun Kietpetch, Kietpetch Gym, that Youssef is going to be made a name in the world of Muay Thai in Thailand. Boughanem is going to stay more than year in the camp Kietpetch and will fight repeatedly under the name of Youssef Kietpetch!
Then, Youssef will leave in the region of Pattaya where he will train in particular for the camp Sitpolek Gym and to Master’s Nikiéma to the Team Nikiema Muay Thai Academy!
In the strength of his fists Boughanem it’s building a reputation in the Kingdom of the Siam and today in 25 years he became one of the foreign fighters the most respected by the Thai!
Married with a women Thai and father of a beautiful little boy, owner now of his own training camp, Youssef is to day a happy man!

Youssef Boughanem nicknamed “Terminator” has an admirable fight record, he made 159 professional fights with 137 victories (65 KO), 19 defeats and 3 draws. Most of his fights he made them in Thailand, in provinces and in Bangkok in the stadiums of Radja, TV7 and Omnoi. Boughanem is World champion WMA in – 70 kg, Winner of the Tournament 1-King in – 70 kg, Winner of the Tournament Max Muay Thai in – 72 kg, World champion Venum in – 72 kg and Three times Champion of Thepprasit Stadium of Pattaya in – 70 kg!
Youssef Boughanem gained his belt Silver Max Muay Thai against Fahkmongkol in 2014 for the opening of the stadium Max Muay Thai, he also fought for the final tournament of the belt Gold Max Muay Thai in 2015 against the current champion of the Radja Kanongsuk Chuwattana. Youssef lost by disqualification after a controversial match which made spoken a lot in the world of the Muay Thai in Pattaya…
This formidable technician beat champions such as Numbeechai (Radja champion), Yodnapa (Radja champion), Peemai (Omnoi Champion in 2015), Big Ben (Radja Champion , World champion WBC, Thailand Champion), Fahmongkol (Omnoi Champion, Winner of the Tournament Isuzu, Winner of the Tournament Thai Fight), Kanongsuk (Radja Champion) (2 wins by KO), Anthony David Kane (World champion WAKO), Stephen Meikle (World champion ISKA), Robin Van Roosmalen (Champion It’s Show Time), he also faced what does best in Thailand as the champions Sayok, Aikpracha, Prakayseng, Buakaw, Dernchonlek (Draw), Suriya, Diesellek, Thepsutin and Thongchai!

Youssef is helped by three trainers who all have a big experience of the boxing ring, Pi Mart, Pi King and Pi Bang. Pi Mart is 32 years old, he made 400 fights, it’s a specialist of pokes, the formidable fighter who beat twice the great champions as Sayok Punpanmuang and Big Ben Chor Prama6!
Pi King is 37 years old with 350 fights, he met stars of the ring such as Nung Ubon Sitlerchai, Namsaknoi Yutthakarnkamtorn and Saenchai Sor Kingstar!
Pi Bang which is 52 years old is the supervisor, he shows techniques, the tactics and makes the massages for the recovery. Pi Bang possesses 150 fights to his credit!

THE MASSAGE IN THE HEATING OIL BEFORE THE TRAINING IS IMPORTANT, HE ALLOWS TO AVOID THE MUSCULAR STRAINS!
The trainings in Petchsaman Gym take place in the morning from 8 a.m till 10:30 a.m and in the afternoon from 4 p.m till 7 p.m. The morning jogging is 10 km and that of the afternoon is a little less long, just 3 km!
The training within Petchsaman Gym is typically in Thai with sessions in paos, in punch bags, the sparring and the furious sessions of clinch!

Yassine Boughanem is a 20-year-old young boy who has already made 149 fights with 119 victories among which 80 KO for 30 defeats, a fight record like Thai fighter!
As his older brother he made his fighter’s career in the kingdom of the Siam, the young Belgian gained in 2011, in the category of heavyweight, world champion WPMF’s belt and world champion WKPL’s belt, and in 2013 he was a world champion of the stadium Pattaya Boxing by beating by KO the English champion Mike Sityodtong!
He also beat great Thai fighters as Bernung, Panom and Dejrit, it’s true lighter than him but more dangerous than certain heavyweight!
So, several champions already trained in Petchsaman Gym such as Samy Sana (World champion), Mehdi Zatout (World champion, Europe Champion), Nash Ular (World champion) and Petchmankong Kayanghaddao (Thailand Champion, Winner of the Tournament Isuzu and Toyota)!

The camp has no room but there are rooms near the camp which can welcome the boxers for 5000 bahts a month.
The price is 300 bahts for a session and 7500 bahts for month with two trainings. And for the meals, restaurants are not lacking in the district!
