THE CAMP TALINGNGAM MUAY THAI

The Talingngam Muay Thai camp opened his doors in June, 2013. He’s on the southwest coast of Koh Samui, one of the most tourist islands of Thailand. The camp belongs to Taling Ngam who extends over five kilometres in the South of Koh Samui. This part of Koh Samui is more quiet than the famous stations of Chaweng beach and Lamai beach. We find there nevertheless very beautiful beaches and Talingngam Muay Thai is 100 metres of the beach!

The camp was created by Khun Sakchai Saknipha, nicknamed “Eat”. Sakchai Saknipha is a former boxer who fought in all the big stadiums of Bangkok, he stopped his career before he has the possibility of gaining titles, but he remained active in his sport where he began later to work as referee!

SAKCHAI SAKNIPHA!

Sakchai came to work as referee on Koh Samui. And in 2013, he found an empty camp and ruined in a district of Taling Ngam. The old rests of the camp with a piece of ground, was to sell. Sakchai bought the camp, restored it and brought the boxers. Sakchai saw a luck to realize his dream to possess a camp and to make the promotion of new young champions…
The camp is relatively new with young boxers still in their phase of growth to become champions. Until now, the camp managed to form a champion, Kumandoy Sor Jitpakdee, who in 2014 gained the belt of the stadium of Omnoi in 112 lbs!

Kumandoy gained his belt of Omnoi in June, 2014 against Oley Sitniwat, are at present classified N° 5 in the stadium of Radja and Lumpinee in 112 lbs!
Kumandoy also fought in February, 2013 for the belt of Radja in 105 lbs against Sanchai Tor Laksong, he lost in points…
Kumandoy beat fighters such as Phichitchai Or Bor Tor Khampi, Teelek 91Rungrot, Nadech Sitpupantou, Tanai-K Lukkaokwang and Yodmanoot Huarongnamkeng ( Kb)!

Today, there are seven active boxers in the camp. With boxers who often fight as Owen Sor Sornsring, Petpallan Talingngam Muay thai, Samingdet Talingngam Muay thai (200 fights) and Kriss Talingngam Muay thai!

The promoters of the camp are Jitpakdee and Sornsring!
Kriss Kross is a Swedish professional fighter who trains and fights for the camp TalingNgam Muay Thai, he has 51 fights for 36 victories, 11 defeats and 3 draws!
Kriss also help to the training of Muay thai if necessary and is also physical assistant. He worked for a long time as trainer of fitness!

KRISS KROSS TO PAOS WITH KUMANDOY UNDER THE EYE OF MEECHAI!

Four trainers of the Talingngam Muay Thai are Meechai Junkaew, Dernchornlek Sor Sor Niyom, Petmongkon Petsuphapan and the owner Eat!
Meechai is the chief trainer, previously he was chief trainer in the famous camp of Bangkok, Meenayothin Gym!
Meechai Junkaew made 155 fights for 120 victories and was classified N°1 in the stadium of Raja. As instructor he centres his work on the power and the precision as well as the technique!

MEECHAI JUNKAEW!

Dernchonlek also trained for the camp Meenayothin Gym in Bangkok, he rangy fighting who has an enormous heart beat champions as Thanongdet Petpayathai, Diesellek Top King Boxing (Stop Referee), Prakaiseng Kayanghaddao (KO), Dejrit Poptheeratham (Stop Referee), Nampon Pk Stereo, Suriya Pran26 and Chanachai Kaewsamrit (KO)!

During the first one show Best Of Siam in France, Dernchonlek had beaten the « lumberjack » Yohan Lidon, he also overcame French champions as Issam Reghi, Antoine Pinto and makes draw against the Belgian champion Youssef Boughanem!
Dernchonlek gained the tournament “Weber” in 2012 in the stadium of Omnoi, he was classified N°2 in the stadium of Ratchadamoen and N° 1 in the ranking of the WMC!
Now, he fights less often in the stadiums of Bangkok but still very active rest in the stadiums of the South where he notably beat, in 2014, in the stadium of Chaweng, the French champion Malik Aliane (World Champion WPMF, Europe Champion WBC)!
The speciality, as trainer, of Dernchonlek is indeed on the clinch and the knocks of knees!

The trainer Petmongkon is a champion always in service, in 2013 he won the belt of the stadium of Omnoi in 130 lbs and the belt of the South of the Thailand!
Petmongkon is a fighter ” Fimeuu ” (technical), he has much to learn the pupils on all the techniques of kick!

When the “Boss” of the camp, Eat that fought in major stadiums in Bangkok, he has great experience to bring to the boxers who train in his camp!

KRISS, OWEN, MEECHAI AND PETMONGKON !

The boxers of the Talingngam Muay Thai run 10 km in the morning and 4,6 km the afternoon, in period of preparation of fight, the jogging is of 14 km. The sessions in paos are seven round of five minutes and the session of clinch lasts between 30 and 40 minutes.

As most of the trainers are still young (22-32 years), they participate without problems in the numerous sessions of sparring as well in Muay Thai as in Boxing!
