The camp Sid Chef Boontham is located in the Prawet district, a quiet neighborhood in the eastern suburbs of Bangkok. The camp is at Soï On Nut 88 at 15 minutes by taxi (About 4 Km) from Suvarnabhumi airport.

It’s currently one of the largest camps in Bangkok with a structure totalling 1,600 m2. This magnificent complex, well ventilated, brand new, includes two rings (A very wide ring and a small ring), a dozen punch bags, a luxurious fitness room and beautiful rooms to accommodate foreign boxers.

The Sid Chef Boontham Gym opened in February 2018, it belongs to the famous Chef Boontham Pakpoh who participates in a TV show of cuisine very well known in Thailand. Nicknamed “Iron Chef”, Chef Boontham Pakpoh is a specialist in Japanese cuisine, and owns the great Japanese gastronomy restaurant “Honmono Sushi” in Khwaeng Khlong Tan Nuea in Bangkok. Mr. Pakpoh is also General Manager of Premium Muay Thai Entertainment.

A boxing enthusiast for years, Boontham Pakpoh built this sumptuous boxing camp to have his own professional boxing team. Because Boontham Pakpoh is an important promoter at the Ratchadamnoen stadium in Bangkok. Boontham Pakpoh also wants to promote the Muay Thai throughout the world with exchanges between European and Japanese gyms.

The promoter of Radja Mr. Chujaroen Raveearamwong which is the owner of the famous Chuwatthana Gym is associated with Boontham Pakpoh. Several boxers from Chuwathana Gym are training in both camps now.

The camp Sid Chef Boontham has five coaches and a team of professional fighters of very high levels.

There are plenty of champions at Sid Chef Boontham Gym with superstar Jomthong Chuwatthana, the great champion Phanpayak Sidchefboontham, champions Jompichit Sidchefboontham, Sibmean Sidchefboontham, Phet Ubon Sidchefboontham, Jumnunchok Chuwatthana and boxers Sanchainoi, Jumpikad, Karuehat, Pinngoen, Jumpikadlek, Phetkammarat, Yokkhaw, Kaipa.

Jomthong comes from Yasothon near Roi Et in the north-east, he started Muay Thai very early at the age of 8 in camp Lupendoy. Then he fought for several years for gym Sit O in Buriram before joining the Chuwatthana Gym in Bangkok. Jomthong represented this camp from the age of 19 until now. Today, he’s 29 years old, he now trains at Sid Chef Boontham Gym and fights a little less. But this great champion is still active, he won his last fight in March 2018, in China he beat the champion Wu Lin Feng.

In Muay Thai, Jomthong won the Radja belt in 118 lbs in 2004, the WMC World Champion belt in 126 lbs in 2006, the Radja belt in 126 lbs in 2007, the WBC World Champion belt in 126 lbs in 2008, the Radja belt in 130 lbs in 2010, the WBC World Champion belt in 135 lbs in 2011, the Max Muay Thai Or and Silver belts in 147 lbs in 2014, he fought 250 fights with about 200 wins.

In 2006, Jomthong was elected “Best Boxer of the Year” by the prestigious “Sport Writers Association of Thailand” and in 2009 “Best Boxer of the Year at the Radja Stadium.” Jomthong has beaten almost all the Thai figures in his category such as Anuwat Keawsamrit, Jaroenchai Kesagym, Sakeddao Phetpayathai, Watcharachai Keawsamrit, Lerdsila Chumpertour, Phetaik Kiatyongyut, Sarawut Lukbanyaï, Nongbee Kiatyongyut, Samsamut Kiatchongkhao, Chok Eminentair, Phetasawin Seatransferry, Kaew Fairtex, Nong O Sit Or, Thongchai Sitthongsak!

The Thai has also defeated great foreign champions like Albert Chey Veera, Tetsuya Yamato, Yetkin Ozkul, Sergey Kulyaba, Warren Stevelmans, Cedric Manhoef and Lee Sung-Hyun.

Jomthong also made a career in Boxing with ten fights. He made his first professional fight in Boxing on March 7, 2010, he beat the Thai Chatchai Chumpertour by KO. On November 24, 2012, he won the WBC Asia title in 130 lbs by beating the Filipino Ranel Suco. For his tenth professional fight he met the Japanese undefeated Takashi Uchiyama who had been World Champion since 2010.

The battle takes place on May 6, 2015, in Japan, in Tokyo, for the WBA World Champion belt of super-feathers. The match a good start but in the second round the Japanese released a vicious jab that electrocuted Jomthong for more than the count. Jomthong suffered his first defeat in ten professional fights, four of which were won by KO.

Phanpayak (The Racy Tiger) is 24 years old, he from Surin in the northeast, with a purse of 120,000 baht. Phanpayak trained at a small camp in Bangkok, the Sitjatik Gym. Then Phanpayak joined the renowned camp Saengmorakot Gym located in the center of Bangkok, the camp of the Lumpinee Promoter M. Tidipong Aomanun (Jartui). Phanpayak has been at Sit Chef Boontham since the camp opened in February 2018.

Phanpayak is a fighter who has a huge experience in the ring with 350 fights for 330 wins, 48 losses and 2 draws. This great champion has not yet won a belt at a major Bangkok stadium. But Phanpayak is WBC World Champion, Phoenix World Champion and winner of the Shell Rimula tournament. He also received the WBC Trophy of “Best Fight of the Year 2018” from the officials of the prestigious WBC federation in Bangkok.

Phanpayak is an excellent technician and solid durable boxer, in recent years he has lost by KO only twice against the puncher Yodlekphet Or Pitisak and against the striker Thanonchai Poptheeratham.

In 2015, Phanpayak was the big winner of the Shell Rimula tournament held at the Omnoi Stadium and sponsored by the Shell Essence stations, a tournament where the winner wins the sum of 250,000 baht. Phanpayak won the Shell Rimula belt in 126 lbs on March 7, 2015, beating Kaonar PK Saenchaigym in the final.

On February 23, 2017, at the Radja stadium, during the Best Of Siam 10 show (The Best Of Siam where the French Fabio Pinca became champion of Radja), Phanpayak won the WBC belt in 135 lbs against Phonaik Mor Phuwana.

On February 26, 2018, at the Radja Stadium, during the Phoenix Promotion show, where the champions Youssef and Yassine Boughanem fought, Phanpayak kept his WBC World Champion belt and won the Phoenix World Champion belt in 135 lbs against the terror Seksan Or Kwanmuang (Sor sommai).

Phanpayak received the WBC Award for “Best Fight of the Year 2018” for his fight against Seksan Sor Sommai. Phanpayak and Seksan met four times with a victory for Phanpayak and three victories for Seksan. On November 15, 2018, at the Radja Stadium, Phanpayak fought against Seksan for the Radja belt in 135 lbs, Seksan won the match and won the belt.

Phanpayak beat great champions such as Yokvitaya Phetsimuu, Mongkolkeaw Sor Sommai, Kaonar PK Saenchaigym, Fasatan Numsangkorsang (KO), Rodlek Jaotalaytong, Phet U-Tong Or Kwanmuang (KO), Seksan Or Kwanmuang, Phonaik Mor Phuwana, Yodpanomrung Jitmuangnon.

Jompichit (The Conqueror) is 25 years old, he comes from Sisaket in the North-East. Jompichit was champion of Thailand in 105 lbs in 2010 but under the name of Marpichit Sitsongpeenong. For he fought for a long time for the camp Sitsongpeenong (The camp of the stars Kem and Sittichai). In May 2013, he changed of gym for go to the famous camp Chuwatthana Gym, the camp of great champions Jomthong, Lamsongkram and Kayasit. When he changed gym, he of course changed his camp name Sitsongpeenong to Chuwatthana but also something rare, his name as a fighter, Marpichit by Jompichit.

And it’s under his new fighter name Jompichit that he won in July 2013, the Radja stadium belt in 126 lbs. Jompichit beat the formidable Sirimongkol PK Stereo who held the title for years.

Jompichit has defeated many champions such as Chotchasan Wor Wiwatananont (KO), Rataket Teded99, Songkom Srisuriyanyothin, Muangthai Sor Boonyiam, Phetsongkhom Sitjaroensap (KO), Kumsub Eaglemuaythai, Pakalek Tor Laksong, Phonaik Mor Phuwana.

Sibmean is 23 years old, from Nakhon Ratchassima in the northeast. Sibmean trained at Camp Chuwattana with his friends Jomthong and Jompichit.

Sibmean won two belts from Bangkok’s major stadiums, the Omnoi belt and the Radja belt. Sibmean is the current champion of the Radja in 154 lbs.

On March 26, 2016, Sibmean defeated French champion Rafi Singpatong (The current Lumpinee champion in 147 lbs) for the 147-pound Omnoï stadium belt.

On May 25, 2017, at the stadium of Radja, Sibmean defeated Japanese champion Takuya Imamuragym for the Radja belt in 154 lbs.

In 2018, Sibmean had only one defeat in nine fights. In January, at the stadium of Radja, Sibmean defeated Lumpinee champion Buakiew Sitsongpeenong by KO, in February, he lost his Radja belt in 154 lbs against Inthachai Chor Hapayak, in April, he defeated Brazilian champion Luis Cajaiba at All Star 3, in May, in Hong Kong, he beat English champion Alex Bublea at All Star 4, on June 27, in the stadium of Radja, Sibmean recovered his Radja belt in 154 lbs by beating the Japanese Minorikawa Fujimotogym, in August, in the stadium of Radja, he beat by KO Noppakaw Siriluck Muay Thai, in September, at the stadium of Radja, he again beat by KO Buakiew Sitsongpeenong, in October, at the stadium of Radja, he drew against Rungrat Phumphanmuang and December 19, in the stadium of Radja, he put KO Khon Luang Phumphanmuang with a superb poke!

Phet Ubon is 24 years old, he comes from Ubon Ratchathani in the north-east. Phet Ubon previously trained in the Saengmorakot Gym in Bangkok. Phet Ubon had 150 fights for 70 wins and won the Radja belt in 147 lbs against Sakmongkol Sor Sommaï on 30 November 2017 at the Radja stadium. The two fighters met on June 27, 2018 at the Radja stadium. The belt of the Phet Ubon Radja was put in game for this match which was won by Sakmongkol.

In 2017 and 2018, Phet Ubon defeated French Gregory Gottardi, as well as Petmai Rinmuaythai and Sakmongkol Sor Sommaï.

Jumnunchok is 21 years old, he comes from Roi Et in the North-East region. Jumnunchok trains at Chuwatthana Gym and Sid Chef Boontham Gym. Jumnunchok is a powerful «Muay Mat» (Strong in fist) who won the Radja stadium belt in Boxing.

Jumnunchok recently beat at the Radja and Omnoi stadium boxers like Chokanan Tedeed99, Petchyala Huaikratingsinsamaï (KO) and Ekmekin Mor Krungthepthongburi.
