The camp ” Petsiri ” (Glorious Diamond) belongs to the rich businessman Mr Chalee Posiri who created camp 15 years ago, the camp is situated in the district of Bueng Kum, a district just after Bang Kapi, in the North is from Bangkok. Mr Posiri built camp on the same ground as his luxurious villa, the magnificent house in teak, splendidly decorated. We reach the camp by crossing the big garden of the property.

The camp is vast and includes 12 basic rooms with ventilator and a big room with air-conditioning which is reserve for every boxer who is soon going to fight…

Small terraces are installed in front of the boxing ring which is in the center of the camp. On Saturdays evenings, the camp is transformed into stadium improvised for fights of children, people of the district come assisted its matches but this evening kind is made less and less…
Ten years ago the camp was full development and had around thirty fighters, today they are not more than a dozen to train here…
THE FIGHTERS OF THE PETSIRI GYM ARE OFTEN IN THE SPECIALIZED MAGAZINES!
The promoter of the camp is Chun Kietpetch for the stadium of Lumpinee and Songchai Ratanasuban for the stadium of Radja, the manager of the Petsiri is Mr Petminburi.
Three trainers oversee the daily training of the boxers of the camp, the chief trainer is other than the former champion Chalonsak Sor Thanikul!
The trainers of the Petsiri know how to adapt themselves to every fighter that they prepare, camp is qualified as camp ” Touk Yang ” (All the styles), the boxers of the Petsiri practise three main styles of Muay Thai, ” Fimeuu ” (technician), “Muay Khao” (Strong in knees) and “Muay Mat” (Strong in fist)!
The first champions of the Petsiri were Chorchorai who took away the belt of Lumpinee in 105 lbs and the belt of Thailand in 105 lbs and Lekom who gained then the belt of Lumpinee in 108 lbs, there are about ten year…
In 2008, it is formidable Kongfah Aooddonmuang who gained the belt of Lumpinee in 140 lbs. Kongfah was for a long time N° 1 in this category, he defended his title several times, in particular in 2010 against French Kamel Jemel which he had beaten by KO. Kongfah has then to leave the Petsiri camp to be bought by the famous camp Eminent Air. In 2012, Kongfah lost his belt of Lumpinee in front of French Damien Alamos!
KONGFAH AOODDONMUANG LUMPINEE CHAMPION
Today, Petsiri Gym has two pearls in his team, two of the best current fighters of the Thai circuit, Wanchalerm Aooddonmuang and Diesellek Aooddonmuang!
Wanchalerm is a 19-year-old young person who beat great champions as Sanghiran Lukbanyai, Pakorn Sakyothin, Senkeng Jor Noparath, Saketdao Phetpayathai, Phetboonchu F.A. Group and Thongchai Sitthongsak (KO)!
Wanchalerm met Singdam Kiatmuu 9, in June, 2012, for the belt of Lumpinee in 135 lbs, he lost against the star Singdam, Wanchalerm met four times Singdam (3 defeats, one draw)!
This “Muay Khao” (strong in knees), is only 19 years old, already has to make 300 fights for 220 victories, 79 defeats and 1 draw. There were N° 1 of Lumpinee in 135 lbs in 2012 and at present, in 2013, he is N° 5 in Lumpinee and N° 4 in the TV7!

Diesellek in 20 years, today is N° 1 in Lumpinee in 140 lbs, his quoted value does not stop rising, his purse stock is now 80 000 bahts, is a robust fighter, a bull, hard in the evil, which beat champions as Phetmongkol Thor Thepsuthin (twice), Apisak KT gym, Farmongkon Baanjaroensook, Dang Kietrenuchai, Nopakrit Kor Kumpanart, Pakorn Sakyothin, Chok Eminentair and he beat twice by KO terrible F16 Rachanont!
Diesellek met also twice young French champion of the Lumpinee, Damien Alamos, in September, 2011, Diesellek lost in points for World champion WPMF’s belt held by Alamos but then, in October, 2012, the Thai took his revenge by beating French in a match, in main fight, in Lumpinee!
So, in December, 2012, in Lumpinee, Diesellek faced the star Petboonchu FA Group for champion’s belt of Thailand in 135 lbs, Diesellek was defeated in points in a very close match…
THE CHAMPION DIESELLEK AOODDONMUANG PUTS HIS GLOVES, HE’S READY FOR HIS FURIOUS SESSION IN PAOS!
The training in Petsiri at the beginning at dawn, from 6 am, the nakmuays are going to run( 12 kilometers, at 4 pm, the boxers shall make again a 15 kilometer jogging, to begin the training of the afternoon. The session of clinch is not very long contrary to other camps, it lasts 40 minutes, twice a day. On the other hand, the sessions of rounds in paos are terrible, the boxer in preparation of fight is going to make 8 rounds of 5 minutes. Furthermore, to end, the trainer makes him series of 100 do middles, alternated by the right leg and by the left leg, by making him walk, almost run, around the boxing ring!
THE BOXING RING IS SPLASHED WITH WATER BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE TRAINING, IT ALLOWS THE BOXERS NOT TO BURN THE SOLE OF THE FOOT…
Little foreign fighter came to train in Petsiri Gym, just a Japanese and a Brazilian stayed some time here…
But Petsiri welcomes with no problem at all the foreign boxers who wish to get ready hard to fight, them will cost them 1000 bahts a day, adds which includes the accommodation, the food and two trainings everyday…
